We're a small, local lead service run by an Oxfordshire tradesman. We send genuine enquiries from homeowners in your area, sharing each one with no more than three trades. You pay per lead by a secure Stripe link before we send the customer's details, with no contract and no credits that expire, or take an exclusive town on a monthly Stripe subscription.
Try us at no cost. After that, you only pay for the leads you choose to take.
We text you a short summary of the job: the town, the trade, the size band and the price, with no customer details. If you want it, you pay the lead price via a secure Stripe link, then we send the customer's details straight away. If you don't want it, you pay nothing.
Each enquiry goes to a maximum of three local trades, so you're not up against a crowd.
Bigger jobs cost a bit more, smaller jobs cost less. All prices are per lead, per trade, and exclude VAT, which is added at the standard rate. You pay before we release the customer's details.

We set the size from what the homeowner tells us on the form, including the job description and the rough size or budget they give. You'll see the size band and the price in the job summary before you pay, so you'll never be charged for a lead you didn't agree to. If a job turns out to be clearly smaller than the band we gave, tell us and we'll adjust the price.
There's no monthly invoice for pay-per-lead jobs. You pay for each lead when you take it, and you can stop at any time.
Be the only trade in your category for a town. You'll get every lead we receive for your trade in that town, and we won't send those leads to anyone else. It's limited to one trade per category per town, first come, first served. Exclusive town deals are paid monthly upfront by Stripe subscription.

All prices + VAT, per town, per month, paid upfront by Stripe subscription. Rolling monthly; cancel any time before your next month starts. Includes up to 12 leads a month in that town and trade. If we pass more than that, the extra leads are charged at half the normal per-lead price, and we'll ask you first. We can't guarantee a set number of leads each month.
If a lead's phone number and email both don't work, or the job is outside your area, tell us within 48 hours and we'll check it. If we confirm it, we'll replace the lead. Customers not replying, or choosing someone else, doesn't count.
